Toro Baby's Home
Toro Baby's Home is located in Fort Portal, Uganda, right where we will be living. It currently houses 48 children. Many of the children have special needs. They care for the children until they're adopted or until they age out. The Home says that one of its challenges is making sure the children are in good hands after they leave the home.
